Scope of Work

The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of 190 accommodation units, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, and a security office. The scope included the replacement of floor coverings, doors, room cabinetry & joinery, and the sealing of risers.

  1. Replacement of Floor Coverings: Installed marine carpet, epoxy, and vinyl to ensure durable and easy-to-maintain surfaces.
  2. Replacement of Doors: Installed new, fire-rated doors to enhance safety.
  3. Room Cabinetry & Joinery: Updated room cabinetry and joinery for improved aesthetics and functionality.
  4. Sealing of Risers: Sealed risers to enhance fire/smoke mitigation.
